Of course you can!
Once the shipment has been delivered, you have 14 days in which to exchange or return your purchase. Before returning a product, you will need to contact Customer Service to explain the details of your situation:
If you wish to return a product because it is defective or not what you ordered, we will quickly arrange for it to be returned. If you would like to have the product replaced, we will cover all additional shipping costs, and if you wish to cancel your order we will give you a full refund.
If there is no problem with the product and you have simply changed your mind, you can always exchange it or request a refund, but you will need to cover the shipping costs of returning and, if applicable, resending the product.
